Zetel in de keuken bestaat uit paletten, nogal hard om op te zitten In salon betere zetel, 3 treden lager gelegen dan keuken Auto nodig om nr centrum van Ste Maxime te gaan wegens afstand en bergop nr de villa Maxima Sunset

Perfekt zum Erholen!

Wir hatten zu viert das Appartement für sieben Personen. Alles war perfekt, es gab nichts auszusetzen. Toller Pool mit genügend Platz zum schwimmen und vielen Liegen, super Ausstattung, inklusive Grill, Wäschespinne und Dartscheibe, großes Außengelände mit vielen Sitzplätzen und sehr netter Gastgeber, der auch perfekt deutsch spricht. Super auch mit Kindern. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Klare Empfehlung!

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Comfortable house, friendly owners and great location.

The property is really comfortable, clean and easily accessible. It is well equipped, with all the necessary things you will need (towels, pans/pots, cutlery and so on). The swimming pool, and the garden with all the fruit trees give an additional relaxing touch. The owners (Frank and Giusy) are super friendly. Before our stay, the few times we messaged, they were fast with their replies and helpful with the questions. During our stay they were also super helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions for our time in Sainte-Maxime. We would certainly go back.

Erholung pur zur Weihnachts- und Silvesterzeit

Sehr schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber Giusy und Franck sind wirklich super nett, sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich! (Grand merci 🙏) Stets hilfsbereit mit Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder!

Da gibt es einfach nichts zu meckern.

Le logement était idéalement situé (proche des plages, du centre ville et des accès pour les villes aux alentours...). L'ensemble du cadre était apaisant. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants et d'une grande gentillesse.

Tolle Woche, erholsam und angenehm, in einer top ausgestatteten Wohnung.

Sehr grosszüger Aussenbereich mit Pool, die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles da, auch eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, gute und ruhige Lage, in 15 Minunten war man zu Fuss am Strand. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und für alle war es eine angenehme Woche.

Great apartment with lots of space, and a large outdoor area. We wanted to live just outside Saint-Maxime to experience some peace and quiet for Easter, so the location was perfect for us. The hosts are wonderful and warm people. They even came with some Easter chocolate one morning, we really appreciated it. We will recommend staying here with friends!

We had the basement apartment, so it could become a bit moist in the evenings if we forgot to put on the AC to dry it.

. The hosts,Frank and Josie were absolutely outstanding. The facilities,were spotless. Everything you needed was already in the apartment. Including bin bags and barbecue stuff. The location is amazing. And it is a 4 minute drive downhill. To the beach. If you are on foot..its a slap.And suited too the athletic type. The entrance too the property, is behind electric gates,and only accessible, with a fob. As is the car park, behind electric gates .Everything in the apartment, cooker,fridge,utensils, looked brand new..The apartment was trendy, and modern.....I fully recommend these apartments...Very Veryan quite

Ein schöner Urlaub in ruhiger höhen Lage.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Ruhige und gepflegte Anlage. Wohnungen geschmacklich gut eingerichtet. Klimaanlage gut und kaum zu hören.

Heel vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw! Rustige en veilige omgeving en toch alles binnen bereik van ca. 1km, winkels, strand, tankstation. De tuin heel mooi onderhouden, het zwembad was zalig!

Niets. Eerder een kleine tip: misschien zouden 2 ligzetels wel fijn zijn bij het appartement Kontiki.

Erwartungen weit übertroffen

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartung weit übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß (für 5 Personen), sehr gut aufgeteilt und sauber. Der Pool ist größer als auf den Photos erkennbar. Das Apartment mit Poolblick verfügt außerdem über einen eigenen Gartenanteil mit Lounge und Grill-Area. Die gesamte Anlage ist mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Besonders schön war der herzliche Empfang der Gastgeber - nach 12 Stunden Fahrt war der gekühlte Roséweine und das Wasser, die bereits im Kühlschrank warteten, einfach klasse. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit seitens der Gastgeber während des gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir so bisher bei keiner Unterkunft erlebt. Wir haben uns rundum wie im Urlaub gefühlt und dafür gibt's - ganz klar- 10 Punkte!

Très bonne situation au calme et à proximité de la plage de la croisettes et des commerces. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour nous. La propriété est tout simplement magnifique. Un grand merci à vous trois.

Au top, Excellentes prestations le tout dans un environnement extrêmement calme et plein de charme

Absolument parfait, excellent accueil des propriétaires et d'une discrétion absolue, prestations parfaites, propreté, confort, sourire, gentillesse, situation géographique au top. le logement est hyper fonctionnelle, d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieux, cuisine équipée, literie au top. Terrasse totalement privative ensoleillé et piscine ext. tout est parfait. Un grand merci à vous deux pour votre hospitalité et votre accueil. à très bientôt pour un prochain séjour.

Fabuleux

Tout était parfait !!! un séjour fabuleux !! La villa Magnifiiiique, la déco superbe, les équipements et la piscine chauffée !! Nous avons fait connaissance des propriétaires Giusy et Franck, des personnes très attachantes, d’une très grande sympathie. Aujourd’hui, ils nous manquent et nous n’avons qu’une envie, y retourner avec toute la famille dès que possible.

Prima, ruime kamers. Redelijk dicht bij het centrum van snt maxim. Aardige gastheer en dame

Er stond dat onze kamer aan het zwembad zou zijn, dit was een eis vanwege onze zoon van een paar maanden. Dit bleek echter niet zo te zijn. Ons appartement zat aan de andere kant waardoor we niet weg konden als hij sliep. Appartement werd biet schoongemaakt tussendoor. Schone handdoeken of een wasje draaien tegen betaling.

one of the best family trips ever

Frank and his family are exceptionally nice and helpful people. Frank can speak German, which was very welcome for us, because our french is lackluster. He can also talk very good english and by his own words some belgish :). We would be glad to come back next year, I can highly recommend the location for a family vaccation and for a quite time as a couple. The beach is only 800 meters away, and there is a big parking place nearby, so absolutly no problem to get to the pubilc beach. The swimming pool is amazing. Its about 11 meters long, filled with fresh water (no salt) and heated even in the summertime. The whole garden and pool area is clean and beautifully set up. The sun lounger and umbrellas are of high quality. You have a parking place at the house for your car. The Interior is nice, the bathrooms new and the beds are comfortable. I had to write a long summary because it was so worth going there. Again thanks to the hosts. I hope we see us again

Accueil par les propriétaires, très disponibles, et avec pleins d'excellents conseils sur la région (plages, restaurants, marchés, itinéraires...). Appartement très bien entretenu et comme neuf. La terrasse avec barbecue ; table sous tente ; beaucoup de verdure. PIscine et ses équipements.

Heel vriendelijke eigenaars! Het huisje was echt heel proper en goed ingericht. Ieder huisje heeft zijn eigen terras met meubels, loungeset en BBQ. Mooi gemeenschappelijk zwembad!
