BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

1. Booking Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been paid. All essential information — accommodation, dates, number of guests, total amount, payment schedule and deadlines — is included in the booking confirmation. Please inform us of any date changes or modifications; we will adjust your booking whenever possible.

2. Payments Payments are made exclusively by credit card on the website. If you wish to pay by another method (bank transfer, holiday vouchers, etc.), please contact us. Automatic payment dates are indicated in the booking confirmation. In case of a failed payment, we will contact you. If we receive no response, the booking will be cancelled and any amounts already paid will not be refunded.

3. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. You may do so through our partner:

4. Cancellation You may cancel your stay before each payment deadline. Payments already made are non‑refundable. If you notify us early enough, we will try to re‑rent the period; a partial or full refund may be granted depending on the amount recovered.

5. House Rules Personal welcome by the owner 

Check‑in from 4 pm – Check‑out before 10 am 

Number of guests must match the booking 

Bed linen provided (no beach/pool towels) 

Smoking is not allowed indoors 

Pets are not accepted 

Shared pool between the 3 accommodations of the villa Quiet hours, especially in the evening 

Cleaning included; please leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition

6. Liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The owner is not responsible for theft, loss, accidents or external disturbances.

7. Digital Signature The digital signature during online check‑in constitutes acceptance of all the above terms.
