- Payments, cancellation and insurance Payments are made exclusively by credit card on our website, in several automatic installments calculated according to your arrival date. For any other means of payment (bank transfer, holiday vouchers, etc.), please contact us before booking.
You can cancel your stay before each payment due date. Payments already made are non-refundable. If we are able to re-let the dates, a partial or full refund may be granted depending on the amount recovered.
Cancellation insurance is also available at the time of booking to protect you in case of unforeseen circumstances.
