1. Booking Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. All essential information (accommodation, dates, number of occupants, total amount, payment terms and deadlines) is included in the booking confirmation. Please inform us of any changes; we will do our best to adjust your stay.
2. Payments Payments are made exclusively by credit card on the website. For any other payment method (bank transfer, holiday vouchers, etc.), please contact us before booking. In the event of payment failure and without response from you, the reservation will be cancelled and the sums paid will not be refunded.

4. Cancellation You can cancel your stay before each payment due date. Payments already made are non-refundable. If you inform us early enough, we will try to re-let the period; a partial or full refund may be given depending on the amount recovered.

Stay Rules – Personalized welcome by the owner – Arrival from 4 pm / Departure before 10 am – Number of occupants as per the reservation – Linens provided (excluding beach/pool towels) – No smoking inside – No pets allowed – Swimming pool shared between the 3 accommodations – Please respect the peace and quiet, especially in the evening – Cleaning included; please leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition
6. Responsibility The traveler is responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The owner declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss, accident or external nuisance.
7. Digital Signature The digital signature during online check-in constitutes acceptance of all these conditions.
