- Reservation Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. All essential information (accommodation, dates, number of guests, total amount, payment terms and deadlines) is included in the booking confirmation. Please inform us of any changes; we will do our best to adjust your stay.
- Payments, cancellation and insurance Payments are made exclusively by credit card on our website, in several automatic installments calculated according to your arrival date. For any other means of payment (bank transfer, holiday vouchers, etc.), please contact us before booking.
You can cancel your stay before each payment due date. Payments already made are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the period: in that case, a partial or full refund may be granted depending on the amount recovered.
Cancellation insurance is also available at the time of booking to protect you in case of unforeseen circumstances.
